Returns

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date your order is delivered, as confirmed by carrier tracking information. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

- Unused and free of any signs of wear

- In original packaging

- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Products that have been used, opened, installed, or show any signs of wear are not eligible for return.

Items must not be sent back without prior authorization. To request a return, contact support@flickmice.com for return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

All returned items are inspected upon receiving. You will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method in 1-10 days after processing. .

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error.
