Warranty Policy

Flick Limited Warranty Policy

1. What this warranty covers

  • Flick LLC ("Flick") provides a limited warranty on its gaming mouse products ("Product") solely against defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery.

2. Warranty period

  • This warranty is valid for 30 calendar days from the date the Product is delivered to the customer.

3. If your Product arrives with a defect or damage caused during manufacturing or shipping:

  • Contact us at support@flickmice.com within 30 days of delivery.
  • We may require photos, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.
  • If eligible, we will offer a replacement unit at no cost or a refund.
  • We may ask you to return the product at our cost so that our team can investigate your issue

4. This limited warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, spills, or unauthorized modifications
  • Regular wear and tear (including feet/skates, coatings, switches, battery performance, etc.)
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, discoloration, etc.)
  • Damage due to operating outside of recommended conditions

5. After the warranty period

  • If your mouse malfunctions after the 30-day warranty period and you believe it is due to a manufacturing issue, you're welcome to contact us at support@flickmice.com. While we do not guarantee replacement or refund after this period, we’ll do our best to support you on a case-by-case basis.

6. Limitation of liability

  • This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Flick shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Product.
